Medical Therapist

Job Description

Provide medically prescribed therapy to patients in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. This role focuses on delivering effective therapeutic interventions as per the patient's individual treatment plan.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy as prescribed by a physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule

This position requires a day shift with a guaranteed workload of 40 hours per week.
