Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide quality care in the outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, compassion for patients, and a proactive approach to learning new treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions.
• Manage patients with varying personalities and diagnoses, ensuring compassionate care.
• Write and maintain accurate reports and correspondence in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of up-to-date treatment practices and methodologies.
• Utilize analytical skills to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy License.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• At least one year of experience in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings.
