Scheduled to work in inpatient/swing/SNF with potential to cover at the hospital as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy to provide exceptional care in various settings. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being compassionate and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Write timely and accurate reports and correspondence.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy License.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• One (1+) year of experience in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings.
