Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Team at a Critical Access Hospital. Our facility serves Rushville and the surrounding communities, providing a supportive, close-knit environment where team members are valued, heard, and empowered. We focus on low volume, high-quality imaging and meaningful patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate, timely diagnoses and guides patient care decisions.
• Ensure safe, compassionate imaging experiences by operating X-ray and CT equipment with precision and attention to patient comfort.
• Prepare patients with care and clarity, explaining procedures and creating a calm, reassuring environment.
• Administer contrast media responsibly while closely monitoring patient responses to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Provide bedside imaging when needed, bringing essential diagnostic services directly to patients who cannot travel.
• Maintain a clean, organized care environment that promotes safety, efficiency, and patient confidence.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control to protect patients, families, and colleagues.
• Support continuity of care by being available for on-call needs, ensuring patients have access to imaging services when they need them most.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• IEMA and ARRT certification & licensure.
• CT experience required.
• Current BCLS (CPR) certification.
