This position is a day shift role with guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in the treatment of patients. Responsibilities include executing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists
• Provide support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license. Relevant experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
