Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, conduct evaluations, and implement effective treatment plans. This role is crucial in helping patients achieve optimal levels of function and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and expectations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant certifications. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
