Job Description

A dedicated Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract to provide high-quality care and treatment to patients. You will be responsible for creating treatment plans, providing therapy interventions, and ensuring the best outcomes for patients under your care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
