Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, the facility offers a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve physical mobility and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
