Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Nebraska. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs. Our facility operates under low, mid, and high performer expectations; therefore, maintaining high standards of patient care is essential. Please note that if performance expectations are not met, the contract may be terminated immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Nebraska
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire
