Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit, which caters to various patient populations, including Inpatients, Long Term Care, Outpatients, and Home Health. The ideal candidate must possess substantial experience in outpatient settings and be prepared to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct assessments and document relevant patient information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in medical/surgical and telemetry settings.
• Substantial outpatient setting experience is required.
