Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pediatrics Rehab

Job Description

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide care in the Genesis Outpatient Pediatrics Rehab Center, working a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This role involves managing an existing caseload of approximately 50 pediatric patients. The setting operates during standard business hours and is closed on weekends and major holidays. The use of EPIC EMR is required for patient documentation and management.

Schedule

This position requires a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with five 8-hour workdays. Four 10-hour shifts are not an option.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two years of current experience in pediatric rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license and registry required (must be active, not in process).
• Candidates with multiple days of requested time off (RTO) will be prioritized lower.
