Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PM Shift

Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is essential in providing quality care to residents and their families within a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on assisting residents with their daily activities while ensuring their safety, health, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming.
• Report any changes in resident conditions to the nurse.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and other necessary information.
• Meet resident needs in a timely manner.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the charge nurse.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required and must be maintained.
• 1+ years of related work experience is preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Schedule

This position operates on a PM Shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
