Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Nights (1900-0730) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides direct care and monitoring for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at an elevated risk for instability. Our team is dedicated to offering high-quality care via advanced knowledge and experience, utilizing specialized monitoring, assessments, and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize advanced monitoring techniques and interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience in PCU and basic EKG preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required.
