Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist to cover our lab Monday through Friday, with potential call coverage on weekends and nights. The position offers flexible work hour arrangements to meet the needs of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Relevant clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
