This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule: Monday - Thursday (07:00 - 17:30 and 08:00 - 18:30).

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions. This role includes caring for adult and geriatric patients, with potential exposure to COVID-19 patients in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current PT licensure in PA or Compact state.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• ACLS certification required.
