Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, weekdays only.

Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed for Rehabilitation Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in outpatient neuro rehabilitation, including vestibular, stroke, and Parkinson's patients, as well as orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience treating outpatient neuro and orthopedic patients.
• Current North Carolina license or Multistate license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Recent proficiency in EMR, specifically EPIC, is required.
