CT Tech - Travel Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Mid 4x10-Hour Shift (14:00 - 00:00), on-call required for one week during the contract. Weekends are not required.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The position entails working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are crucial for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures as per protocols.
• Administer contrast media as required for imaging.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols, including radiation safety guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification: ARRT CT and BLS required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a hospital setting, particularly in a Level III trauma center.
• Charting Experience: Epic experience is mandatory.
• Travel experience is required.
• OBMI certification required prior to start.
