Physical Therapist (PT) - Day Schedule

Day shift: 5x8 hours from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions to enhance recovery and improve mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions based on established plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Oregon State Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
