Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide therapy services with a focus on orthopedic, neuro, falls/balance, and vestibular diagnoses. The clinician will be expected to perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide one-on-one patient care in a critical access rural health clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding care and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
