Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, working 40 hours a week on a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, with a preference for rehabilitation hospital experience. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on restoring mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions as per established plans to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings.
• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications in Dry Needling and Manual Therapy preferred.
