Physical Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00). No weekends or holidays required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, focusing on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient care using electronic medical records (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted.
