Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedics experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in post-operative outpatient rehabilitation and should ideally have hand therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Provide patient education and support regarding treatment goals and techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or Doctorate).
• Current Oregon Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Outpatient Orthopedics experience is required; post-operative outpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Hand therapy experience is a plus.
