CT Technologist - Night Shift

Night 3x12-Hour Shift (18:30 - 07:00) from Thursday to Saturday

Job Description

The CT Technologist participates in various assigned tasks related to imaging technology, performing diagnostic quality procedures in a safe manner, following guidelines set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Computerized Tomography. The focus will be on outpatient procedures, requiring excellent IV skills and experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon imaging machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures efficiently and safely.
• Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with safety protocols.
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate from an approved imaging technology program.
• Licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) in radiography.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography.
• CT licensure from OBMI or ARRT is required.
• BLS certification from the AHA within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient imaging experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Previous experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon equipment is preferred.
