CT Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 08:30 AM to 09:00 PM, including weekend coverage (Friday to Sunday).

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT technology while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will also cover general X-ray duties during part of their shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as directed, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Administer contrast media and adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Assist with general X-ray procedures as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT (ARRT CT) and Radiography (ARRT R) required.
• Prior experience in X-ray imaging is preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system is required.
• Completion of relevant clinical training in a hospital environment.
