CT Technologist - Night Shift

Night 4x10-Hour (21:00 - 07:30) with required weekend shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and quality of images.
• Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and answering any questions to alleviate concerns.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
• Document procedures, patient information, and any relevant data in the electronic health record using Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT
• BLS certification
• Oregon State OBMI certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT, preferably in an acute care setting or level 3 trauma facility.
• Experience with GE scanners is required.
• Proficient in Epic charting system.
