Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 15:00).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. The role entails working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and track patient progress towards goals.
• Utilize advanced techniques including AROM/AAROM/PROM, E-stim, and ultrasound in therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Oregon state license required (can submit with pending license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
