X-Ray Technologist - Night Shift

Night shift from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. On-call requirement of 3 shifts per month.

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures to ensure quality diagnostics are achieved. This role will include a variety of procedures and may involve patient handling in diverse age groups including neonates to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Performing X-ray examinations as per prescribed protocols.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and radiation protection protocols.
• Communicating with patients to explain procedures and gain cooperation.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
• Assisting with bedside and portable procedures as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy Permit preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or imaging setting.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
