Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services. This position requires expertise in performing diagnostic and screening mammograms, as well as stereotactic biopsies and other specialized imaging procedures. The technologist will work with advanced Hologic imaging units in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic and screening mammograms, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Perform stereotactic breast biopsies and other specialized procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mammography.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with 3-D and Digital Mammography.
