Registered Nurse Position

Schedule

This position includes a combination of two 8-hour shifts (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) and two 12-hour shifts (08:00 AM - 08:30 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Completion of required competency testing and health screenings including color vision and TB screening.
• Familiarity with Trinity Code of Conduct and compliance agreements.
• CPR certification preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
