8-hour day shifts with a commitment of 36 hours guaranteed per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing quality physical therapy services to patients. This position will involve managing a defined caseload while maintaining productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
