Contract RN - Level 3-4 NICU

Job Description

The NICU team is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience. The ideal candidate will provide care to critically ill newborns and promote a family-centered approach to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vitals and overall health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to families of patients in the NICU.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe incubators, and GE monitors.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 3 NICU setting.
