ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, along with the ability to manage complex patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes effectively using Epic charting system.
• Administer medications and treatments as per healthcare protocols.
• Assist with complex procedures and interventions, including ventilator management and blood product administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• LTAC experience preferred; Charge Nurse experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Epic or equivalent charting systems is required.
