Job Description

We are seeking a experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma and ENT procedures, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to promote timely and effective patient care.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the surgical process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct surgical experience, specifically in trauma and ENT.
• Experience with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot equipment preferred.
• Flexible, accountable, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
