Registered Nurse (RN) - PM Shift

Schedule

3 × 12 hr shifts, PM Shift from 18:45 to 07:15.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual to provide exceptional patient care during the PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Provide comprehensive patient care and perform patient assessments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
