Day shift, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our infusion center team. In this role, you will provide compassionate patient care, administer intravenous therapies, and ensure operational workflows are efficiently managed. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community while delivering high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy.
• Administer IV medications and therapies in accordance with established standards.
• Create and manage scheduling and prior authorizations, maintaining communication with care teams.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans and monitor understanding.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience required; one year of acute care experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• Current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Infusion RN and port experience required.
