Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool

Schedule

Nights - 12 Hour Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM. 36 hours per week available. Requires 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Candidates must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

This position is in the Med Surg Float Pool, requiring the nurse to float between all Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower. Flexibility according to the needs of the facility's schedule is essential.

Required Experience

• 2 years of recent experience in acute Med Surg/Tele in a hospital.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Required Licensure and Certifications

• Active NY RN license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
