6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday shifts as per unit rotation.

Job Description

As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in emergency situations. You will work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure effective and timely patient care, while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide emergency care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in emergency response drills and training.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and follow-up care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months Emergency Room experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active Colorado Registered Nurse License with no hits.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS from approved vendors.
• Valid driver’s license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
