This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly. Overtime must be approved by the director.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodstock, VA. The ideal candidate will have an outpatient ortho experience but we welcome first-time travelers and new graduates. The position involves seeing a varied patient population and floating to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Administer appropriate therapy interventions in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage caseloads, seeing 12-14 patients per day, with occasional double-booking for follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinical team and float to neighboring clinics as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist License for the state of Virginia.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
