MRI Technologist - Evening Shift

This position requires a 4x10 hour shift schedule, from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to work in a level 1 trauma hospital. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating Siemens MRI machines (1.5T or 3T models such as Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida) and will uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain equipment and conduct routine quality control checks.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of radiography.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital.
• Experience with Siemens MRI systems (1.5T or 3T).
• Must hold ARRT or AMRIT certification.
• BLS certification from AHA is required.
