Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality cardiac care to our patient population, which ranges from young adults to geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to patient care excellence and require a background in cardiac interventions, including cardiac surgery, stent placement, and pacemaker implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to a ratio of 1:5-6, focusing on cardiac intervention recovery.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and manage potential complications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health management, and post-procedural protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Travel experience is preferred.
