Registered Nurse - Home Health

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (5 × 8 hr shifts, totaling 40 hours per week).

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide home health care services in the Watkinsville/Athens area. The RN may be asked to assist in other territories within the facility's service area, which covers a 60-mile radius from the facility address.

Responsibilities

• Conduct start of cares, resumptions of cares, recertifications, discharges, and routine visits.
• Document patient care accurately utilizing HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) software.
• Ensure adherence to care point requirements, including a minimum of 30 care points.
• Coordinate with patients and their families to provide exceptional care and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Recent experience in home health care.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is required; the client may consider candidates without HCHB experience at a reduced rate for training.
