Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Department Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of current ED experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in rhythm interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, as well as proficiency in EPIC charting and Omnicell-Med systems. This role requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to float to various areas within the hospital as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform rhythm interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Conduct triage and assessment of patient conditions.
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current NY State RN License.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• 5 years of Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to float as needed based on patient care requirements.
