Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role requires the specialized care of critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NICU nursing and will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to our smallest patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in a high-acuity environment.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medications.
• Develop and update nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate families on care procedures, development, and health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 2 years or more of Level III NICU experience.
• Current NRP certification is required; NIC-RNC preferred.
