Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Surgical Tech with a skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular specialties. The candidate will support surgical teams by preparing the operating room, assisting during procedures, and maintaining sterile conditions. This role is critical to ensuring the highest patient care and safety standards in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring sterile conditions and proper equipment.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams with procedures, handing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment.
• Participate in the setup of surgical equipment and ensure functionality before operations.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum skill level of 3 in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular specialties.
• Broad surgical knowledge with experience in various service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
