PM Shift: 15:00 – 23:30, 8-hour shifts, totaling 32 hours per week.

Job Description

This position involves providing essential healthcare services during the evening shift. Candidates should be prepared to engage with patients effectively and deliver quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients during assigned shift.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Support patients in daily activities and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Appropriate licensure and certifications relevant to the healthcare role are required. Candidates should have proven experience in a similar position.
