Schedule

Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for providing 24-hour departmental care to emergency department patients, inpatients, and outpatients. The department averages 25-30 patients daily, with a focus on breast biopsy exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with precision and ensure patient safety.
• Assist in breast biopsy exams and other imaging procedures.
• Provide care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the MRI area.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in MRI specialty.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in Mammography.
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system.

Holiday Expectations

MUST work 2 major holidays out of the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
