Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar role and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage pain effectively.
• Assess patients and provide necessary interventions based on their status.
• Communicate with healthcare team members about patients’ conditions and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU experience.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification is required.

Holiday Expectations

MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
