Surgical Technician - NOC Shift

This position involves 5 x 8-hour shifts per week from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team in a Level 1 trauma facility. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during procedures by preparing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with other medical staff to ensure smooth operation of surgical processes.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
• Certification from CRCST or IAHCSMM required prior to submission.
• Mask Fit Test required.
