Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN Traveler for our Heart and Vascular Clinic. This position focuses on providing exceptional care in an ambulatory setting, primarily serving cardiology patients. Enjoy the summer season in the beautiful mountains while you make a difference in patient lives through your expertise in cardiology nursing.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patient concerns
• Provide care coordination across cardiology services
• Assist with Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests
• Perform EKGs and manage heart monitoring equipment
• Start IVs for diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• Occasionally assist with patient rooming in the clinic

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS Certifications through the American Heart Association
• 3 years of cardiology specific clinic/ambulatory experience required
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
