Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The facility is known for being the most technologically sophisticated hospital in the region, offering specialized services as a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and triage patients based on clinical indicators.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required; CEN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency Medicine.
• All PA clearances and a drug screen within the last 90 days.
